　　榮林機(jī)械2022年新購置的數(shù)控光纖切割機(jī)激光功率達(dá)12000W，可對寬度2.5m長度12m厚度40mm的金屬板材進(jìn)行切割加工，具有材料利用率高，切割速度快的特點(diǎn)。

　　榮林機(jī)械擁有的二臺(tái)日本“三菱”ML3015eX-45激光切割機(jī)可對長3m寬1.5m厚度16~20mm的金屬板材進(jìn)行切割加工，“三菱”激光切割機(jī)加工精度可達(dá)±0.05mm，完全滿足高精度部件的加工需求。

　　榮林機(jī)械鈑金加工生產(chǎn)線還配備有數(shù)控液壓精密矯平機(jī)、平板砂光機(jī)、卷板機(jī)、數(shù)控折彎機(jī)、“松下”焊接機(jī)器人工作站、氣體保護(hù)焊機(jī)若干臺(tái)，再加之有一批熟練的高級(jí)焊工，能滿足您對鈑金部件的切割和組焊加工要求。

The two Japanese "Mitsubishi" ML3015eX-45 laser cutting machines owned by Longlife Machinery can process a metal sheet which is 3m length、1.5m width and 16~20mm thickness. The processing accuracy of the "Mitsubishi" laser cutting machines can be ±0.05mm, which fully meet the needs of high-precision parts.
